Store

1. INTRODUCTORY PROVISIONS

1.1. These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "terms and conditions") of the business company Loukykvět s.r.o., with registered office at Mšecké Žehrovice 11, 270 64 Mšecké Žehrovice, identification number: 05663687, registered in the Commercial Register at the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Insert 268616 (hereinafter referred to as "seller") regulate in accordance with the provision of § 1751 para. 1 of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code, as amended (hereinafter referred to as "Civil Code") the mutual rights and obligations of the contracting parties arising in connection with or on the basis of a purchase contract (hereinafter referred to as "purchase contract") concluded between the seller and another natural person (hereinafter referred to as "buyer") through the seller's online store. The online store is operated by the seller on the website located at the internet address (hereinafter referred to as "website"), through the website interface (hereinafter referred to as "online store interface").

1.2. The terms and conditions do not apply to cases where a person who intends to purchase goods from the seller is a legal entity or a person who acts when ordering goods within the scope of their business activity or within their independent profession.

1.3. Provisions deviating from the terms and conditions may be agreed in the purchase contract. Deviating provisions in the purchase contract take precedence over the provisions of the terms and conditions.

1.4. The provisions of the terms and conditions are an integral part of the purchase contract. The purchase contract and terms and conditions are drawn up in Czech. The purchase contract may be concluded in Czech.

1.5. The seller may change or supplement the wording of the terms and conditions. This provision does not affect the rights and obligations arising during the validity of the previous version of the terms and conditions.

2. USER ACCOUNT

2.1. Based on the buyer's registration on the website, the buyer may access their user interface. From their user interface, the buyer may order goods (hereinafter referred to as "user account"). If the online store interface allows, the buyer may also order goods without registration directly from the online store interface.

2.2. When registering on the website and when ordering goods, the buyer is obliged to provide all data correctly and truthfully. The buyer is obliged to update the data provided in the user account upon any change. The data provided by the buyer in the user account and when ordering goods are considered correct by the seller.

3. CONCLUSION OF THE PURCHASE CONTRACT

3.1. All presentation of goods placed in the online store interface is of an informative nature and the seller is not obliged to conclude a purchase contract regarding these goods. The provision of § 1732 para. 2 of the Civil Code does not apply.

3.2. The online store interface contains information about goods, including prices of individual goods and costs for returning goods if such goods by their nature cannot be returned by regular mail. Prices of goods include value added tax and all related fees. Prices of goods remain valid for as long as they are displayed in the online store interface.

Gift Vouchers

1. Availability

You can order a voucher (for flower subscription or bouquet) all year round, however, it can only be redeemed during the season, from (April) May until the end of October (November). The season may start earlier or later, the same applies to the end of the season. We will always inform you about the start and end of the season by email, through our Facebook page (facebook.com/loukykvet), Instagram profile (instagram.com/loukykvet), or through our newsletter (loukykvet.cz/newsletter).

2. Order

You can order a voucher at loukykvet.cz/poukazy. The form on the website will guide you through the entire order, we will also confirm the order by SMS & email.

2.1 Order Cancellation

You can cancel the gift voucher order without giving a reason until the voucher is sent. We will return the money to your bank account within 14 business days at the latest.

If you wish to cancel the order later, but no later than 14 days from the payment of the order, contact us and we will cancel your gift voucher. In this case, we only refund money for the product (i.e., bouquet or flower subscription), not for postage and voucher. We will return the money to your bank account within 14 business days at the latest.

If you start using the gift voucher, it is not possible to cancel the order or request a refund.

2.2 Order Change

You can change the voucher order by email at objednavky@loukykvet.cz until it is sent.

3. Price

Voucher prices are listed at loukykvet.cz/poukazy.

4. Payment

You can pay for the order using one of the supported payment methods, see Payment Methods.

5. Delivery

We will always send the order using one of the supported delivery methods, see Shipping Methods.

6. Validity

The voucher has unlimited validity.

7. Annexes

The bouquet voucher is further governed by the terms and conditions for bouquets. The flower subscription voucher is further governed by the terms and conditions for flower subscriptions.
